Mandy starts her second year of pre-school this year. She turned 5 and could be in Kindergarten but with her birthday close to the deadline for school, we decided to keep her one more year so she will start when she is 6. Yes, some people disagree but I had the same issue with my b-day in Sept and my mom and dad kept me a year and I am so grateful. Mandy would do find academically but it doesn't hurt to give them an extra boost with age. Besides she is so little, size is not an issue.
Mandy loves pre-school and of course, loves the social aspect. Hopefully she will not be the class clown. She loves to learn, but loves to make people laugh too.
