Mandy Turns 5

When Shay plans a birthday party it is a year in advanced, she picks a theme, and everything MUST revolve around that theme from the games, to the food, to the decoration.

When the kids turn 5 they can have their first friend and theme party. Mandy, in true Mandy style, decided to have an "everything party." Forget a theme, let's just party. That made things simple for me and fit her personality perfectly.

She had Sponge Bob things mixed in with princess and king crowns, everything had a different color, and the games were pin the tail on the dolphin, kitty kitty meow meow, three little pigs, and dolphin dolphin fish. Pretty hilarious!

I also learned that having a friend party in the summer, verses Shay's December party, is wonderful. The kids could care less, they just want to run around outside.

So Mandy turned 5, which is hard to believe. She had a great friend party and was very happy with it. I am grateful again for our sweet girls and how different they are. Mandy is funny, happy, and loves to give hugs and kisses. She is still so little and petite. She is a drama queen that keeps us laughing and has since her birth when she was born with that Mohawk that would never stay down. Even as a baby, she wanted us to laugh and be happy. What an amazing little girl!
